Right to cancel

The customer’s right to cancel a Garden Plan within 14 days, with no reason, for a full refund. It ends early only if the customer asks for the plan at once, confirms they will lose the right, and Seedlark confirms both by email. Explained in Chapter 6, The 14-Day Right to Cancel and Digital Content, of Consumer Terms.

How it comes up, in Chapter 6
A Garden Plan is a design for one garden bed, bought on its own for £10. It is a contract of its own, outside the subscription. So it carries its own right to cancel: 14 days to change one’s mind, with no reason needed. The customer can give up that right to get the plan at once, but only knowingly.
