figure in this Pack are fictional. The Pack is a simplified teaching text, not a published or market standard
form, and not the terms of any real business or app. The short note at the head of each Part and the copper
chips like Explained in Ch. 5, which link each part to the chapter that explains
it, are not part of the Pack.
About this part: The Terms are Seedlark's contract with
each customer, written to the customer as "you". Twelve short clauses cover the Free Trial, the price, ending
the subscription, Garden Plans, changes, faults and complaints. Each clause tells the customer one thing they
need to know, so the whole Part can be read in a few minutes before signing up.
