Active Employee

In any month, “a person whom an End Customer pays through the Service at least once in that month”. Tressick pays the Wholesale Fee for each one. A café worker paid every week still counts once a month. Agreement 1.1, “Active Employee” · Chapter 7 · see Wholesale Fee

Explained in Chapter 7, Fees: Set-Up, Wholesale Price and the Monthly Minimum, of White Label SaaS.

How it comes up, in Chapter 7
The Wholesale Fee is the price Tressick pays, before it adds its own margin. An Active Employee is anyone an End Customer pays through the app at least once in the month. So a café worker paid every week counts once a month, not four times. Someone still on an End Customer's books but not paid that month does not count.
