White Label Agreement

This Agreement is made on 2 March 2026 between:

(1) LARCHPAY LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 04286159, whose registered office is at 3 Tanner's Wharf, Bristol BS1 6ZX (the “Provider”); and

(2) TRESSICK HR LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 03917462, whose registered office is at 18 Coombe Row, Exeter EX4 4ZT (the “Partner”).
