Uplift

Extra money Meridian promised the holders who took cash or were dragged at the Exchange, if it resold Solaris within 24 months above set values. The €42,000,000 sale cleared both steps, so it pays €1,000 more a share. Deed of Exchange, clause 5 · Chapter 15

Explained in Chapter 15, The Exchange, the Reorganisation and the Handover, of Venture Deals.

How it comes up, in Chapter 14
The resale share is the Uplift in clause 5 of the deed. It paid up to €1,000 more on each share if Meridian sold Solaris within two years at a high enough value. Meridian did, and Chapter 15 follows that payment.
