Reusing a leaver’s shares for staff options. Shares passed to the Employee Trust fill the option pool without enlarging it. Chapter 12

This reuse is share recycling. Schedule 6 makes the trust the first choice to receive any leaver's shares, and those shares “form part of the Option Pool, and are not to be treated as an addition to it”.
