A trust that holds shares to satisfy staff options. Its shares count inside the option pool, and it does not vote them or take dividends. Solaris’s trust bought 800 of Duffy’s shares for €800 when he left, and passed them to employees who exercised options at the Exchange. Article 17 · Chapter 12
