How it comes up, in Chapter 5
Each current or former employee may ask the End Customer for a copy of her data and what it does with it. This is a subject access request, under Article 15 of the UK GDPR. Under Article 12A, the End Customer must answer within one month of receiving the request and any proof of identity it reasonably asks for. It may take two more months if the request is complex or she has made several requests.
