An article that makes a leaver transfer shares, and lets a director sign the transfer for one who refuses. Without it, a vesting promise binds the founder only as a contract and cannot move the register. Solaris adopted article 16 at the Series A, five weeks after Duffy left. Article 16 · Chapter 5
