IP Licensing · glossary
A program as its programmers wrote it, which people can read and change. Kelderwick IP keeps KelderPlan's source code and need not hand it over (clause 7.2). Tregarth could accept that, because the factory needs KelderPlan to work as it is, not to change it. Licence 7.2 · Chapter 7 · see Object code

Tregarth could accept that, because the factory needs KelderPlan to work as it is for two years, not to change it.Read Chapter 7, Software →
