The price of keeping KelderPlan after the Term: £30,000 for each month of the extension, paid in advance on the first day of the month (clause 9.2). Explained in Chapter 7, Software, of IP Licensing.

How it comes up, in Chapter 7
“Once” means one notice and one extension of up to three months. The deadline gives Kelderwick IP two months' warning before the Term ends. The Extension Fee is £30,000 for each month of the Extension Period, paid in advance on the first day of the month (clause 9.2). The fee gives the Sheffield company a good reason to finish on time.
