Majority Lenders

Lenders holding more than two-thirds of the loan's total commitments, who can waive a term of the loan. The commitments include the revolving facility, so the base is €40,000,000, not the €35,000,000 term loan. The consent letter was signed by lenders with €31,000,000, more than three-quarters. FA definition: Majority Lenders · Chapter 5

Explained in Chapter 5, Representations, Undertakings and the Paper Trail, of Derivatives.
