Shares set aside for staff options. Unissued pool shares carry no vote but count in a fully diluted figure, and existing holders pay for a pool counted before the new money. Solaris’s pool grew to 4,800 shares, including the Employee Trust’s 800. Clause 7 · Chapter 7
