Maturity and redemption

The maturity date is when a note must be repaid if it has not converted, and redemption is that repayment. Solaris’s notes fell due two years after issue, with interest. The Series A came first, so they were never repaid. Appendix 2 · Chapter 4

Explained in Chapter 4, Convertible Loan Notes, of Venture Deals.

Chapter 1 and this glossary are open to everyone; the whole edition is free to read with a free account until 31 January, and it stays open to an account opened by then.
