Shareholders' Agreements · glossary

Variation

A change to the words of the agreement. It needs the signatures of Ferris and Aldous & Wren, and Dr Sayer's too if it harms her rights as C Shareholder. A consent, which uses the agreement as written, and a waiver, which excuses one occasion, are not variations. Clause 22.3 · Chapter 10

Explained in Chapter 10, When the Documents Disagree, of Shareholders' Agreements.

Chapter 1 and this glossary are open to everyone; the whole edition is free to read with a free account until 31 January, and it stays open to an account opened by then.
