Explained in Chapter 10, After Completion: Tax and Registration, of Buying Commercial Property.
The answer was clear: no new entries. The place lasts for the priority period, thirty working days after the day of the search. For this search it ended at midnight on 20 July. Any entry someone else applies for in that period ranks behind the searcher's application, if that application is lodged within the period (section 72 of the same Act).Read Chapter 10, After Completion: Tax and Registration →
