Transferring the whole lease to a new tenant, the assignee, who becomes the tenant for the rest of the term. Linnet may assign only the whole floor, with Fellgate's consent, which may not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Fellgate may require Linnet to guarantee the assignee.
