Corporate Governance · glossary
A board's written rules for itself: what it decides, what it leaves to management, how it meets and what it records. Brackenholme's charter adds procedure but no duties. Only the board can change it, on the chair's recommendation, and it reviews the charter every February. Definition: Charter · Charter, paragraph (A) · Charter §10.5 · Chapter 1
