UK Addendum

An official form that adapts the EU standard contractual clauses for data sent from the UK. Tennerby and Tallcourt signed the clauses, module three, with the Addendum, because the data bridge did not cover care workers’ data. Agreement, Schedule 4, paragraph 1 · Chapter 7 · see Transfer risk assessment

Explained in Chapter 7, International Transfers: Data Bridge and UK Addendum, of Data Protection.

How it comes up, in Chapter 7
The second route needs a contract. Schedule 4 names the clauses for a sub-processor: the EU standard contractual clauses, contract terms written for transfers. It picks module three, the version for one processor sending data to another. It also adds the UK Addendum, an official form that adapts the clauses for data sent from the UK.
