Most-favoured-customer

A promise to a customer that nobody else will get a better price. Made by a small company, it can limit how the buyer's whole group sets prices after completion. So contract review looks for it in every material contract, along with exclusivity and non-compete promises. Chapter 7

Explained in Chapter 7, Material Contracts, of Legal Due Diligence.

Chapter 1 and this glossary are open to everyone; the whole edition is free to read with a free account until 31 January, and it stays open to an account opened by then.
