Four-eyes review

A second reader reads the critical folders independently, without the first reader's notes, and then the two compare. It catches what a single reader missed. Chapter 5

Explained in Chapter 5, The Request List and the Review, of Legal Due Diligence.

How it comes up, in Chapter 5
The second pass is shorter, and it has two jobs. First, a different reviewer reads the critical folders again, the ones where a single document can move the price. This is the four-eyes review. The second reader does not check the first reader's notes, but reads independently, and then the two compare.
