In this Agreement, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Thalvia Invest Ltd, and “you” and “your” mean the
person who opens an account with us in the App.
Words that begin with a capital letter, such as Order or Client Money, are defined in clause 2.
Schedules 1 to 6 are part of this Agreement. If a Schedule and a clause of this Agreement
conflict, the clause prevails.
