10.1Ending a white label agreement in one paragraph

Every white label deal ends one day, but the customers' payroll must not end with it. Either side may end the Agreement by notice at the end of a year, or at once after a serious breach or insolvency. Larchpay may also leave if a rival takes over Tressick.

Whatever the reason, Larchpay then keeps the app running for up to six months for the End Customers already using it. This run-off is the Exit Period. At its end, Larchpay hands over all their data and deletes its own copies.

Key point

Ending the Agreement never ends anyone's payroll. The app runs on through the Exit Period, and the data leaves Larchpay before Larchpay deletes it.
