4.1Who End Customers contract with, in one paragraph

Tressick sells Tressick Payroll to its clients, the End Customers. The Agreement makes Tressick sign each client in its own name, so Larchpay runs the app for clients it has no contract with. Tressick must pay Larchpay whether or not a client pays Tressick. It must also put six terms that protect Larchpay into every client's contract.

Key point

There are two contracts, never three. Tressick signs with each client, and Larchpay signs only with Tressick. Larchpay protects itself through the terms Tressick must pass on.
