(1) CRESSBY LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 9 Calverbrook Way, Nottingham NG7 9ZQ (the “Supplier”); and

(2) TULLAVANE COFFEE SYSTEMS LIMITED, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland, whose registered office is at Unit 4, Carrigvane Business Park, Dublin (the “Distributor”).
