- How the client or Thalvia ends the Agreement, and what happens to the client’s investments
- Which new EU rules are coming, and which clauses they touch
10.1Changing and ending the Agreement in one paragraph
A client agreement runs for years, so it must say how it changes and how it ends. A change against the client, such as a higher fee, needs notice and applies to a client only once that client accepts it in the app. The client may close the account at any time, free of charge. Thalvia may end the Agreement too, but only on notice or for a serious reason.
Key point
A change against the client needs the client’s yes. Silence is not a yes, and a client who says no may leave free of charge.
