  • How the app shows every cost, before each order and once a year
  • When a broker may take money from others, and when it never may

6.1Fees in one paragraph

Thalvia earns €2 for each order that is carried out, and only the client pays it. The law asks two things about a broker’s money. It must show its client every cost in euros, before each order and again once a year. It may take money from anyone else only on strict terms, and money for passing on orders is banned outright.

Key point

The client sees every cost before each order, and only the client pays Thalvia. The Client Agreement makes both promises, and the second goes further than the law.
